Appointments & Cancellations

All visits to Avara Medical are by appointment only. We hold each appointment exclusively for you, and we kindly ask for the same courtesy in return.

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may forfeit any deposit paid.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to protect the appointments that follow.

Deposits & Payments

Select treatments and packages require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied in full toward your treatment cost on the day of your visit.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as bank transfer.
• Package payments are due in accordance with the schedule agreed at consultation.
• Deposits are refundable with 24 hours' notice of cancellation.

Treatment Suitability

Your safety comes first. Every new client begins with a consultation so Dr. Boyne-Wright can assess suitability, review your medical history, and design the right plan.

• Please disclose all medications, allergies, and medical conditions during consultation.
• Certain treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment where it would not be in your best clinical interest.

Results & Refunds

Aesthetic medicine is highly individual, and results vary from person to person. While we always aim for outcomes you love, no specific result can be guaranteed.

• Fees paid are for the professional service performed, and are non-refundable once treatment is delivered.
• Concerns about a treatment outcome should be raised at your follow-up so we can assess and advise.

What We Collect

Contact details, appointment history, and the medical information you share with us for the purpose of safe, effective treatment.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to deliver your care, manage appointments, and — with your consent — share relevant offers and updates. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Photography

Before-and-after photographs are taken for your clinical record. They are never published or used in marketing without your explicit written consent.
